Example Watchlist

What I am looking for when it comes to options trading:

  • Stock Trends (underlying assets)
  • Delta
  • Volume
  • High Volatility indicator to sell options
  • Low Volatility indicator to buy options

These are just some of the things I will be keeping an eye on when it comes to choosing options. Below is an example of what you can expect visually on a daily basis:

YUM (DAILY) – Sell Call/Buy Put

Sell Call/Buy Put Indicators:

  • 7, 8 & 9 count came on
  • One candle close below the Bravo 9
  • Under the SMA 200
  • Bearish crossover in reversal zone

Comment: Looking to enter a long put that expires on Jan 19. Go for .70 delta or higher and keep an eye on volatility.

BOX (DAILY) – Sell Call/Buy Put

Sell Call/Buy Put Indicators:

  • One candle close below the Bravo 9
  • Under the SMA 200
  • Bearish crossover in reversal zone

Comment: Looking at a long put option on the Jan 19. contract somewhere between the .69 & .76 delta. Volatility is within a comfortable range and there is some open interest at the moment.
